Packages, prices and conditions
Our standard £550 package features coverage of the bride’s arrival at the wedding venue, the service itself, shots of the happy couple, bridesmaids and guests immediately after the ceremony, plus reception details - including the speeches. The footage will be professionally edited down to a running time of between 30 and 60 minutes, with music of your choice added to the soundtrack. 2 DVD copies (plus bespoke case artwork) are provided as standard, with additional copies priced £20.
A Blu-ray, high definition (HD) version of the above is available for £700. Standard definition DVD copies can still be supplied as part of this package.
For an extra £100, scenes from additional locations (for example, to capture the bride’s preparations) may be provided, subject to practical considerations - please discuss.
We request a deposit of £100 when you place your order, the balance to be paid on delivery of the finalised discs. The deposit will be immediately refunded if, for any reason, we are unable to complete your order.
Call us unobtrusive
Above all, your wedding day should be an enjoyable experience. For Tie the Knot, that means keeping out of the way as much as possible. We won’t turn the venue into a film set, or try and ‘wire you for sound’, and we certainly won’t be shouting instructions (we’ll leave that to the stills photographer!). If you and your guests are stress-free and happy, this will make for a perfect day – and a perfect video.
We won't spin you round and round (or bore you silly)
All Tie the Knot wedding films are tastefully shot and edited. We simply strive to achieve the best sound and pictures, but without resorting to gimmicky effects. However, where an effect can genuinely heighten the atmosphere - perhaps a short slow motion sequence - this will be added. Careful editing ensures that you (and your friends and family) will enjoy playing the video many times. In short, we aim to deliver quality rather than quantity. Believe it or not, a 45 minute wedding film takes longer to properly edit than a 2 hour one, but the result is a far more watchable experience.
